Clients are required to provide accurate contact information and property details at the time of booking. Any changes to scheduled appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price. Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the full cancellation fee.

This guarantee applies only to the original service provided and does not cover issues arising from weather conditions, new contamination, or client actions after service completion.
Window cleaning services may be affected by adverse weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to rain, high winds, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that may compromise safety or service quality. No cancellation fees will apply to weather-related rescheduling initiated by the Company.
